Tor
network privacyThe Tor network relies on volunteers to donate bandwidth. The more people who run relays, the faster the Tor network will be. If you have at least 20 kilobytes/s each way, please help out Tor by configuring your Tor to be a relay too.

- the Web browser is only able to make use of Tor when:
- both Tor and Polipo are also running as well; running this Tor package will auto-start Polipo, presuming it has already been installed: Menu > Network > Tor
- dependencies:
- Tor is dependent on the host computer having its clock synchronized with that of the network clock: Psync
- confirmation of successful Tor connection:
- a Tor circuit may be re-established, new identity created, at any time via: Menu > Network > Tor
