As of 2018 Seamonkey now requires GTK3 .pet: http://www.mediafire.com/file/z9p65cgf9sb2gs0/libgtk-3-0_3.4.2_i386_precise.pet

It is advisable according to the Seamonkey team to do a fresh install of GTK3 version of Seamonkey as older versions are GTK2 with 2.48 being the last one.
