~XineDVD is the default DVD player in [[Lucid]]. It doesn't have any problem with DVD menus as [[gnome-mplayer]] does sometimes. It plays back CDs, DVDs, and VCDs; and decodes multimedia files like [[AVI]], [[MOV]], [[WMV]], and [[MP3]].
