The file
/usr/sbin/connectwizard

is lanched from the puppylinux menu via

Menu->Setup->"Internet Connection Wizard"

This is a "wizardwizard" which allows you to chose the type of network wizard that you which to use.

For instance if you select from this wizard "Wired or Wireless Lan" then you get a new wizardwizard which will allow you to specify the network wizard that you want to use to connect to a wired or wireless lan.
